Os proprietários e idealizadores Juliana e Diego Tulio já conheceram mais
de 180 hotéis ao redor do mundo trazendo o melhor da excelência em hospitalidade
para Blumenau. O hotel foi construído a partir de uma propriedade já existente
em Blumenau, repleta de histórias, e passa por um processo constante
de pesquisa para cumprir nosso objetivo: encantar os hóspedes.

Diego and Juliana Tulio, the creators and owners of Villa do Vale Boutique Hotel, have traveled to over 70 cities and 180 hotels around the world. All the learning and research have guided Villa do Vale in creating the best lodging experience in Blumenau and the region.
O the hotel was built next to a historic house in the city of Blumenau. After much searching, one day the owners were at the traffic light on Amadeu da Luz Street when they spotted a mansion with a charming glass box at the top of the hill.

Just as a detail, the friend who was with them in the car knew that the property was for sale. At that moment, we already knew that Villa do Vale Boutique Hotel had found its place.
Initially, Villa do Vale Boutique Hotel was planned to have very few rooms. However, as we began the project, we realized that more space would be necessary, so we added a new building where most of the suites are located today. The construction work started in 2016. Demolition here, construction there, and the official opening took place on August 17, 2018.
During the pandemic, with the hotel’s mandatory closure, improvements to the structure were made, increasing the number of suites from 17 to 20 and the number of bathtubs in the accommodations from 4 to 16.
